Fernando Moleres



His essential work reflects his belief in the role of documentary photography as an instrument of testimony and memory to incite change, and the need to tell stories in which he feels involved. He has received prestigious awards such as three awards at the World Press Photo (1998, 2002, 2011), the 2nd Eugene Smith Prize (1999), the Hasselblad Grant (1996), and the Tim Hetherington Grant (2012).
